Easter Eve we went to a Hoe Down fundraiser for Camp Sunshine in Maine, sponsored by the Texas Roadhouse at the Elk Lodge in Peabody. It was actually a good turn out and they featured line dancing, pictures with Andy the Armadillo and some really good food. At first Noah wasn't so sure about Andy, but after being exposed to an over-sized bunny and the Chick-Fil-A cow in costume earlier in the day... Andy soon became his pal. He would constantly run over and dole out a few fist bumps with his new found friend before heading back to the center of the room to "dance." We got to see Stef Palmisano serving ice cream from our favorite 50's era joint, Goodies. I almost got up to learn some vine dancing and slide electric... but it didn't happen. Josh and Noah gave it a go though, which was fun to watch. Yee to the Haw!
