The Patriots made it to the SUPERBOWL 51 (Let's admit it... not real surprise there) against the Atlanta Falcons. It looked like a blowout in Atlanta's favor as they raced to a 28-3 lead. Nathan and Joshua (still young and not having been exposed to New England football much yet like their father) basically called the game over and were ready to give up in defeat.
"Let's just change the channel...", Nathan said.
"The Patriots are terrible..." Joshua said.
"It's not over yet... This is the Patriots!" Daddy said.
The Patriots then reeled of 25 consecutive points, highlighted by the best circus catch I've ever witnessed, by Julian Edelman... to tie the game and force the first overtime period in Superbowl History.
Pats win the coin toss.
Brady leads them 75 yards down the field.
Touchdown.
Game Over. 34-28
INSANITY!!!
Unfortunately the insanity was not captured on camera, but I think the little kids (and half the neighborhood) who were already asleep at that point, probably woke up when the house exploded with yells and cheers. Notice my calm demeanor in all of the photos though... NO DOUBT :)
JOSHUA MADE THIS FIELD PRIOR TO THE GAME...
CONFETTI WAS IN ORDER!
