NATHAN knows NATURE

Part of Nathan's extra curricular activities have been nature walks at a local park in Danvers. Being Wintertime, the weather hasn't cooperated for all of the scheduled gatherings, but he's managed to go on a couple so far. The walks are to get the kids in tune with nature and to look for the little signs of critters and hopefully actually see them too.
Grandpa has been taking Nathan to the meet ups and enjoys getting out to look at nature too. Nathan is quite the tracker I hear and picks up on tiniest little prints and details... but that's not so surprising because that's the way he always been.

This past week they were looking for birds.

Along the way they collected some fauna and this is what he brought home for show and tell.
