Head circumference: 20.25 (95th percentile)
Never stops moving: 100th percentile

Noah has been talking up a storm... saying a lot of things, but instead of simple words it seems like he prefers to say small phrases like "oh mon" (aah man), "here you go" and of course "more CANDY!"
