We finally made the trip to the sports store that I've been talking to Nathan about to get his first baseball glove. When everyone else was in bed for the noon time nap, we drove over to Modell's and Nathan tried on about 6 gloves before finding the ONE that fit. Of course we had to get a Red Sox hat while we were there too!
Nathan has always been the base-balliest of the bunch (if you remember some of the earlier posts on his hitting skills), so it was no wonder that he took pretty quickly to catching and throwing. We played catch for hours!
A father and his son playing catch for the first time... I hope it was a momentous time for Nathan.
I know it was for me.
