Went on another little trip today to look at the beauty of nature in the area.
We headed down route 127 again to Gloucester and branched off onto 133 through Essex, Ipswich and Rowley.
Why so many little trips?
In the past we would drive West (the Pike has great trees this time of year) to the Berkshires or something for a weekend to get our leaf peeping fix, but nowadays that's become a little more complicated for a number of reasons.
Well... 2 reasons, to be exact. I'll give you one chance to guess what they are.
On the way back home we stopped off at Castle Hill in Ipswich for a little picnic lunch in the sun. The weather was exceptionally beautiful for a fall day.
Relaxing. Good!Sunning. Good!
Nothing beats a picnic!
